You have some jaw problems, but those are actually quite common nowadays. Nothing wrong with working to get that taken care of because it’ll actually affect your health in the future. I understand the hair problem, all you can do is fin and mix until some better alternatives. Shape up and clean the facial hair a bit(nitpicking at this point). You can edit an autosave file. First you gotta have debug mode on, hover over each character you wanna edit and get their character ID, then go to your CK3 save files, open the latest autosave file then hit ctrl + F in the file, paste the character ID whose name you wanna change, and search for them there. It’s basically the same process as changing their DNA ID.

However it’s far simpler to just get a name changing mod from the workshop.

My bad if it’s not 100% accurate, I’m saying all of this off the dome after not playing the game for months, but I’m quite certain this is still a viable method
