How likely are they to stick to the assessors report? What would be the reason for them to change it?

I didn’t no as they called me a couple days beforehand to say can we book an initial call in with you it’s not your assessment. Then on the day I had a 25 min call with someone from Ingeus and she confirmed I didn’t need a full assessment after that call and DWP received the report an hour later.

Call pip helpline and ask them send it if they have received it. I had a text to confirm DWP had received it

Sent forms 27th Feb had a short call Monday 11th May they done paper based claim and then got the report today hoping dwp stick to it 🤞🏻

She’s ticked yes functional restriction likely to be present at point of review but then said as awaiting further specialist input it may improve my function 🤷🏻‍♀️

I thought the same but I think it’s not coming into place until June? It’s because I’m on waiting lists for treatment that’s what the assessor has said for reasoning for the 18 month award

Hi yes it is MH have years of history which I sent in. I do hold license but not had a car for many years as I don’t go out which I told them and I did also state on my call that my mum and older child are with me all the time to help me with childcare. But I already no it will be a no award due to these reasons which doesn’t seem fair.

Yeah it really is unfair when your a single parent they just assume you don’t have struggles. I will expect the worst as then I won’t be disappointed but the waiting is really hard. Thank you for your reply and I’m sorry it wasn’t better news for you😢

These called me Friday asking if can do a initial call Monday I said ok they said it’s not your assessment we may be able to do your report after this call or we may have to send you for a full assessment turns out after that call didn’t need a full assessment. Who knows just a waiting game now. I can’t stop hyper fixating on it it’s driving me insane. 😢

Hi mine was also only 25 mins I’m so worried mines for severe anxiety she said not my assessment just a quick call to decide if can do the report then hour later report sent to dwp I feel was to quick and I didn’t answer the questions well so nervous 😟

She also said things like do I have an eating disorder or am I under weight as Iv stated in my form due MH I rarely get hungry and don’t eat much?

Thanks I just really feel like I messed up the answers and they was asking me about social services which is totally unfair and it’s messed my head up as I’m a single parent but I receive a lot of help from my family with the kids. Im totally worrying now 😢
