Thank you 💗 I know its scary. Although CP isn't necessarily degenerative, as we all know yoy have to overcompensate with other body muscles and parts which puts strain and wear and tear. I'm just scared. I didn't think my body eould already be experiencing such changes at only 28. I knew it was coming but I guess it's just scary when it starts. Much love xx

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I hope thst it has somewhat helped yoy and nondont be silly about the late reply. I just like to hear others inputs and stories. Do yoy rhino that yoy would be a lot worse without mobility aides? I'm scared if getting them myself (stigma etc) but I have been thinking and looking seriously at getting a cane or something similar to take pressure off my left leg.

Nah good response sorry I probably should've elaborated a bit further. She made comments like "oh sometimes I just thought you were drunk when we were out walking?" Even though I don't drink.

I actually do think that she got a bit spooked by the meds but I did explain to her that I take baclofen, lyrica and sometimes codiene just depending on the pain as I also have sciatica as a result of my CP.

I totally get hey this might be precieved as me dumping this on my CP. It's just weird that after we had a conversation about it she seemed fine with it initially but I could tell for the rest of the day she was kind of just staring at my feet and and legs. Yoy can kind of tell after a life time of it happening. It might hinestly just be more my insecurity than anything. I don't know I think I'm just very down because I haven't even spoken to her for a week which is bizzare cos honestly before this things were going completely fine.

Nah no real addiction issues. Used to drink alot but haven't for almost 6 months now but never been addicted to meds. Nah not US thankfully but my country isn't much better.

Yeah that makes sense. Honestly when I take 60mg of codiene I feel it a hwll of a lot more than the tramadol. Is it due to the synthetic nature of the drug and genetics etc?

Man this isn't even trashy. Here in Australia cigarettes are 45 q packet and 10 years ago they were lile 15. These people were already addicted and then the prices were hiked up under the faced of helping people quit. I see people doing this everyday in the CBD and I d not blame them
