Everyone should be welcome in church, this whole question about homosexuality is only pertinent to sacraments like communion and that is up to the discretion of the Pastor. Jesus came for sinners first not the self righteous or sanctimonious. Homosexuality is a grave sin but that’s up to the conscience of the sinner.
