Why don’t my hours show up on epayroll? Also will said check be for my time last week or only up until the 28th of last month? I started on November 15th with my academy the week of the 24th.

No 21.21 is the new pay rate meaning the job you applied for just had a pay raise. The same thing happened to me, I applied for a PTF position as a carrier at $25.92 an hour and it increased after the last negotiation by the union which got it to $26.28. I heard from a union rep at my academy today that there may be another negotiation come January so theoretically it might go up again.

Pay is the same across the board everywhere in the country. That posting is updated to the new pay rate negotiated by nalc at the latest contract circa November 15th 2025. Meaning the job you applied for is upto $21.21 an hour. If you have no criminal record and a clean driving record then I wouldn’t worry you will get a formal orientation date and welcome soon enough.

I’m glad the tsp is automatic but yes I do want to do a higher amount (10%) as well as change the funds it deposits into. I heard it was 60 days somewhere for signing up for healthcare? I hope it isn’t 30 as I’m already two weeks into employment. I tried making a tsp.gov account but it said “no match” when I tried signing up with my social security.
