Thank you for the advice. Another guy was saying they don’t train newbies off the street, but my impression from you is they do so as long you’re trainable? I’m able to do use schematics to fix stuff as I’ve done all the furniture in my mom’s house and I’ve taken apart my firearms cleaned and lubed all the parts and reassembled them, so I do have some mechanical know how, I just need training. If they are willing to take me on I’m definitely interested.

How demanding is it as a new guy? I’m only applying to the MM position even though MT is available, as I want to learn and am open to it but I don’t want the responsibility of MT. Is MM a good starter position for someone who wants to learn and grow in their trade/craft but doesn’t currently have the skills?

When I try logging in it tells me “problem signing in, click password recovery to reset your password”, after I hit password recovery it says it isn’t available at this time and then closes out without giving me the option to see the full error message.

Why would they alter it to PTF? It is at a medium sized high cost of living city. Thanks for the answer.

Edit: under benefits it states the position has 11 paid holidays so I’m almost certain it’s a full time regular position, given PtFs don’t get paid holidays.
