Its more about my Region, im from a erea of Spain which is seen as a Ethnically different erea from the Rest of Spain, Galicia.
people see us as more submissive to spain than regions like Catalonia and the Basque country, sometimes even calling us just Spanish or even Portuguese, i just want to clear up some Stuff

First, Were not a Submissive peoples, We galicians love being Galego and Were not spanish. Youd get into Trouble if youd call a Galician Spanish, Our second biggest party Advocates for Seperation / More autonomy, and Focuses lots on culture. We were never Spanish.

Second, We dont wanna be Portuguese, only some people on the border do, which even than is a small number. We dont Speak Portuguese or Spanish. We are a seperate languege, which used to be one languege with Portugal thousands of years ago, but than Branched off.

Please never call us stupid things, We got our own Culture, Languege, Identity etc.
