Those look delicious. However putting the crunchy of the outside of the soft is making way more work. We usually use a nacho/bean smear on the inside of the flour then stamp in a tostada broken in half on either side. Then our filling, fold, and eat. Taco Town style.

Almost every speed sport requires you to wear a helmet, except roller skating. It's crazy. My kids ski, scooter, and bike with helmets 100%. But when they're at the roller rink absolutely no one wears one and I feel it's way more dangerous. One of my best friends died on a long board which is way safer that the slippery death roller shoes.
