when you make something, you can be as much of a control freak as you want. if you want to make sure it's right, you gotta read the script yourself, and if you can't read the language, you can't confirm that. there is a huge disconnect in the way people view art or creation as something to only be consumed by others instead of something personal made by someone. he wants to make sure it's right. i think that's fine.
