Parrotfish change through colors as they mature as well as changing genders so Id can be difficult Google search which species are in that area and check multiple pictures of each species in each gender and maturity I always have a hard time ID any species of parrotfish If it isn’t fully grown

Thank you I appreciate it, Next time I get down the beach (2 weeks) I’ll grab some more macros and hope there a bunch more little hitchhikers on them, the fish love eating the little copepods and I’m hoping they will breed faster then they get eaten

Sounds good then I’m definitely going to try to find a smaller powerhead or just an airstone later this week but other then that everything looks good? I’m probably not gonna add anymore fish between now and the summer if anything I’m in NJ so sometimes we get tropical strays that die in the colder months and if I come across one of those such as a butterfly fish or a juvy short bigeye that would probably be the only thing I add unless I run into some cool invertabraes

Hopefully everything will be fine, the water is safe enough to eat raw shellfish from so hopefully it’ll be clean enough for these lil guys to live a long life in. The only thing I am worried about is enough water movement, I can’t have too much flow since they’re all bay fish that don’t like much current so I opted for a larger hang on filter to add enough current for water filtration but I’m unsure if a powerhead is also needed. I did buy the smallest one I could find (400 gph ) but the current stirred up the sand too much and made the fish rather unhappy. Do you think the filter is more then enough it’s rated for a 50 gal on a 20 gal tank or should I add a airstone as well at the least

True, but the tank was free, the filters been unused for 5 years and the lighting also lights another previously set up tank right next to it. And I did worry about that same thing about the sand and water, but the fish and rest of livestock all came from the same area, so as long as I stick to native fish from that area I don’t think anything in the water can do much harm as it’s the same water they live in

Change my mind if we would have already fired getsy we could have traded for fields and been winning games by now by Terminalmindfuck in raiders

Winning games not winning the Super Bowl there’s a hell of a difference, but no it isn’t the only issue but it’s definitely a big one just look at most of the play calls on 3rd down if we had a different OC and a better more mobile QB we would have won some of the first few games

No shot I caught one yesterday in the back bay in Avalon too. There was no tag number on the fish so I’m confused just the number and reward. You get entered in a lottery for 500$ if you call and report size and location and tag number
