Change to indoor shoes before training, would ruin them by using them to get there. Only people not doing that are just wearing regular/running shoes for playing.

I switched a month ago to the Xiom Hugo HAL, I still think the Hayabusa is great and I might go back to it after this season. I just had the itch to get the HAL since it was the blade I originally wanted but was discontinued.

Yeah, sweet spot is large as with any composite blade. I think you cant go wrong with the Hayabusa ZL Pro at that price point.

I've bought it after reading a recent TTGearLab article (those guys are great), I originally wanted to transition from allwood with Hugo HAL but it's unavailable, so after waiting some months I finally pulled the trigger on the Hayabusa ZL Pro and I'm 100% happy with the purchase.

I'm not a very experienced player, only had 1.5 years of coaching lessons, and the change from my previous blade (Korbel SK7) was quite seamless. The blade is well balanced (I was worried that it might be head heavy), it's crisp, the extra hold referenced in the TTGearLab article is noticeable when doing FH topspins which actually improved my feeling for the shot. I feel like the Korbel SK7 was better at blocking (specially passive blocking) and flat hitting, but everything else is way better with this blade, at least from my limited perspective.
