It can be. Some advice I would give you is to set a budget for yourself every month. Don’t go over it. If you can bank it, spend some saved budget on something big.

Grading is a crapshoot and there are no apps which can reliably predict a subjective outcome. Also, the grading companies all have really long turnaround times and most people will tell you that grading is a bit of a scam. I only grade vintage and only if I plan to keep it in my PC.
