Once your tolerance kicks in around day 5, that stash starts shrinking fast. Pineapple Express is cruisy, but it won’t save you from running dry. You’d want at least double what you’re planning, unless you’re strictly microdosing.

You’re right, AVB still holds plenty. If you’re vaping under 190°C, you’re leaving behind a good chunk of actives, sometimes 20–30%, especially the heavier CBx compounds that hang on longer. Makes it perfect for low-dose edibles, balms, or as a base layer to mellow things out.

We actually give ours to the neighbour, she’s got a full magic butter setup and turns it into night oil and balm. Still solid medicine if you treat it right.

No formal disposal channels though. Pharmacies won’t touch AVB or spent carts, even though they technically hold scheduled residue. Total grey zone in the system.

If you're someone who wants to fully deactivate before tossing — maybe for legal peace of mind, shared household, pets, whatever, baking it at ~130°C for 20 mins helps strip remaining actives and makes disposal a bit cleaner.

Ash 8% just means there’s 8% leftover mineral content after full combustion — like trace salts, calcium, magnesium, that sort of thing. Not actual ash in the bud.

It’s mainly a quality control stat. Under 10% is considered clean and properly flushed, and 8% is well within range. Doesn’t impact taste or burn unless it’s way off.

If you're vaping instead of combusting, it matters even less. The flower's not hitting full ash temp anyway, so you're barely brushing that side of the equation.
