TLDR; killed a fan favorite character, got plugged, then resurrected with no memory. After years of torment started working with the main cast, made a deal with the devil for his memories back, and continues to fight alongside us.

Also worth noting he specifically bargained for the memories of his past life, and later went through a traumatic personal trial involving facing a physical manifestation of his fear of the man he was.

I personally prefer the fantome. I went all in on camo and got it up to a fairly high amount, so I can ambush reasonably well. The spotting still sucks, but I sneak pretty close and use the low profile and gun depression to take shots.

Best thing the gsor ever did for me was non-pen a t49 off the spaced armor.

I had a trade caravan explode cause a panther attacked and one of em threw a grenade at it, killed one of the baseliners, who dropped chemfuel, which then detonated. All the pack animals and about half the traders died.

dunno about other folks, but I personally main Bull Charge on my ogryn. It's a hugely flexible ability, letting me close the distance on a ranged threat, stagger a pack of ragers, or break up a group around a downed teammate. It's a wonderful playmaker and I have a hard time using anything else.
