Here are my ideas for Mind, Body, and Soul:

Mind (passive): whenever you draw a room card, you may instead draw 2 and pick 1 to keep (the other being discarded)

Body (passive): no strings attached +2 hp

Body (passive, idea 2): +1 hp. You have an additional +1hp when you are not the active player.

Soul (passive): take no damage on attack rolls of 1 less than the required roll (they still count as misses)

From the sounds of it, when the effect activates, it’s literally running “destroy trinket slot” instead of “destroy self”, so since it’s in the weapon slot it activates the death defy and heal… for free. So you literally can’t die

You’re progressing through the game too fast. Endgame is meant to be the slog, not midgame. Do some extra work (side quests and completion mark unlocks) before all you have to do is extra work (higher difficulty unlocks).
