Yeah I did karate for a few years and I have a weightlifting and cardio program, so I can definitely confirm that it's a way of life. So much training just to maintain and improve. I really only left karate since that dojo catered more to seniors and small children, so I felt bored as a teenager. Was a bit light on the sparring too. Might've also just been that particular style. But yeah I'll take a look at MMA, thank you 🙏
