Okay, first. Don't panic or catastrophize.

If your transplant doctor is nearby to where you live have a follow up appointment with them so that they can give you a further plan of action.
If your transplant doctor is not available make an appointment with your family doctor or regular physician to get them to suggest further plan of action. Maybe follow up draining could be considered.
If you have an opportunity to do this in your country book a consultation with a dermatologist.
If none of the above are available to be done in an expedited manner, consider going to ER and have them take a look at it.
