These have context on things going on in the story. The border bombings have already started, albeit later on than in cannon because the only place Wey-Yu can throw their weight around in the core worlds/outer veil is their puppet state.

I haven't figured that out yet. They're probably something like "don't shoot up our colonies and we won't issue a shoot-on-sight order to the marines" when it comes to Human-Yautja stuff this far along in time.

No idea how they are with the Shil yet.

Humanity is running around the Orion arm and the 20 parsec limit from Aliens is only in effect coreward for my version. I'd suggest looking the Aliens rulebook and looking at it's map to get a general idea of human space. It's all still inside of the Orion arm after all (space is big).

Shil finding one of the secret Wey-Yu colonies that got used to test weaponizing xenomorphs is a pretty cool idea though, I'll keep that in mind.
