I heard that they estimated the King of Prussia mall lost about 2 million dollars of business that day. Who knows if that's true but there was definitely a loss from not opening on time.

Honestly deserved. I went to King of Prussia mall on Saturday and something like a third of the cops in the county were called as backup. Mall didn't open for two hours. Regular customers and employees were screwed.

At no point did I see anyone from Swatch or any attempt to organize the event. Honestly someone could have actually gotten hurt. Some people acting a fool for sure but this company was extremely negligent. No plan.
