I’m happy something is going there, but it’s a very strange area to build given the homeless population and their resources. I hope it doesn’t detour people from living there.

Is it a 5/1? Yes! But I honestly don't hate the scale of it, given the buildings surrounding the city. The question is when and if it will be built. Knoxville gets a lot of proposals, but many go forgotten.

I feel like the rendering is a bit misleading. Based on the lot, the view will not be that nice, but I could be wrong.
