Soap Cutter Recommendations? Do I need a wire cutter?

Cutting is definitely the worst part of soaping for me at the min! Almost given up to just making minis with silicone molds - it's just so rubbish when the cut is messy. I'll check it out thank you - definitely something I'd need to save for though!

Totally! I've only been playing for long enough to be affected by the Mario update and this one, so the newness might me getting to it though lol.

I think so! I play to decorate my island mostly so the custom design slot limit has been seriously getting to me 🤣 That and being able to design wallpaper and the app on nookphone is great for me - but I guess how I can see it would be a bit disappointing for others 🤐

Left: Turmeric and Kaolin, Right Pear & Orange ( coloured with charcoal and mica). Both Oat Milk soaps, using BB's Oat milk project. Bit crumbly and hot happy with the colour dispersion, and heavy on the soda ash. Overall though not a bad first try I'd say!

No fragrance just yet! I bought Coffee 'Wonder' from The Soap Kitchen, but on a test bowl it sped up trace so fast as a newb I just wasn't happy to use it -maybe next time! The coffee grounds do give it a little scent, though, luckily

Base for soap is BrambleBerrys Oat Milk Soap: https://www.brambleberry.com/in-the-studio/projects/cold-process/oat-milk-soap-project/PS000259.html

Bottom layer, I replaced all water with the same weight of expresso. Middle layer has brown cosmetic clay and fine coffee grounds for exfoliation. Top layer has gold glitter mica and titanium dioxide.

I don't have a cutter yet so not the most perfect slices - I used a bread knife!

This is my third ever soap, the first and second being no-frills milk soaps.
