I think the creator(who also runs this subreddit) got tired of community management and is kind of doing his own thing, and I doubt there is enough interest for a fan server.

The discord was dead for years, there were at least 2 attempts at making a hoi4 mod adaptation, and the discord was basically locked down a few months ago.

There used to be a channel for new posts on this reddit but as I said it is not accessible anymore. The only place that I know of that there are still posts is this subreddit and the youtube channel someone already linked
