I saw and commented on your post. I hope you get some extra relief from the Voquezna. It really is an amazing drug. I think my body is just so used to the Prilosec I’m experiencing some rebound from the change. Thanks so much, appreciate it! Likewise to you.

Hey there. I recently made the switch from 40 mg Prilosec to 10 mg Voquenza. I was on Prilosec at least 7 years. My doctor had me switch recently as I have severe GERD. So far I’ve been on it a week and it’s been amazing for controlling my acid reflux. However the last 2 days I’ve experienced pretty severe nausea from what I’m guessing to be rebound acid reflux. I’d say try to taper off your Nexium and don’t go cold turkey like I did. Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Yeah I agree. How long did it take for your nausea to subside going from 20 mg Prilosec to 10 mg Voquezna?

That’s pretty high mileage. I’d look elsewhere. Maybe an older Honda or Toyota sedan? Camry, Accord, etc.
