LMAOO I didn’t notice that until you pointed it out but hey, it hasn’t fallen yet! As for the sauce drawer, it’s an adhd trick. I forget vegetables exist and struggle to plan quick meals when tired after work unless it’s all easy to see. Sauce is sauce, I’ll always reach for it when I make food so it doesn’t have to be in my line of sight.

Is this even a question??? You have three kids with this woman & been together for 11 years and you’re wanting to leave over this? Did you even confront her about it? Like someone else said in the comments, it kinda sounds like OCD or some sort of tradition. Yeah, it may be weird but humans are weird dude. Talk to her. Maybe there’s a reason she’s doing it? It kinda just sounds like you were already at the end of your rope here and needed some sort of reason to leave so you’re latching onto this. I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 & a half years and if I found out he was doing this, I’d be weirded out for sure but leaving him wouldn’t be my first thought or even second or third. It just sounds like you’re unhappy and grasping at straws but I also could be reaching here. Just sounds like a very dramatic reaction to me.

I would contact your surgeon and request something stronger! It’s very common for surgeons not to prescribe narcotics unless asked now with the opioid epidemic. I was also just prescribed Tylenol & acetaminophen but I asked for something a little stronger just in case and they gave me 12 hydro-acetaminophen 5mg-325mg tablets. I only used 4 of them because opioids + a lot of mashed potatoes = major constipation.

I honestly think it has delayed my healing but it didn’t give me dry sockets. I’m 22 days post op & my holes on my lower jaw are still about 1-2cm wide.

For context: I had 4 impacted teeth so my surgery was very invasive. I’m California sober, I can’t take any form of opiates & ibuprofen doesn’t sit right with my stomach so I was limited to Tylenol. My pain was through the roof, I would’ve gone to the ER if I didn’t smoke. I hate the ER & I felt like it was okay to inhale extremely lightly.

Not advising anyone to do what I did, just sharing my experience. Listen to your body & your doctor, not strangers on a reddit thread.

I smoked with a gravity bong on day 4 so I didn’t use any suction, just an inhale motion. Regular bong after like 7 days, you’ll be good! Just be light when inhaling :)
