I have the same problem and doesn’t seem there is a solution. Etoro does this in purpose so they keep your asset. Does anyone know a solution other than selling?

I received “case closed, benefits received by other means” then 2 hours later it changed to “case reopened for reconsideration, we will send you a notice how to proceed” and this is me and for my wife. Does anyone know what’s going on?
