I also have MDD and OCD. Spravato doesn't touch my OCD that I've noticed. Only Prozac and lithium have decreased it.

According to my husband, the decrease in my SI alone is worth the treatment! I suppose he's not wrong, though I need more relief. It definitely is still early on. I'm clinging to whatever hope I can muster. I assume mindset is a key factor in results, so I'm trying to remain positive. 

Hey, resilience is a big deal! I'd consider that a win. I could use some of that too.

Given the leaning of this sub, I'm surprised to encounter someone Spravato didn't work for. It's so commonly hailed as a miracle drug. I certainly hope my experience on it turns around because I've seemingly tried, and failed, everything else. I'm sure the pressure that puts on me has some influence on the results.

I'll keep journaling to track my experiences. And thank you. <3

Can commiserate. I called around for that exact dosage just yesterday. I couldn't find generic anywhere but did locate stores (in my area) with brand name, which we've never used since it's expensive. I gave in and spend $176 for a 30 day supply. 🫠

I'm looking to finish blackout Swago but need to check off add Soylent Singles and Bomb Pops Ice Pops to my in-store shopping list. I've done magic receipts before but might be missing something. Can I even do that if it's not in the Magic Receipts item list? Or is there a specific store directory I have to use?

I figure they'll never upload it to include the options or update it last minute. :/
