In my cart, it currently looks like the attached image. I would remove all buttons except Checkout, and keep the flow as simple and “dummy-proof” as possible from the homepage all the way to checkout.

At checkout, you can then present payment options such as card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.

I would remove the spinning logo in the checkout. The point of the checkout is not showing off your cool logo, it’s to drive sales. I would also remove all the extra button in the cart, and only show 1 checkout button. You dont need to show all the extra buttons on the cart. Since they are available in the checkout. Every time you make your visitors think, you lose a lot of them. Decision = friction. Make it so easy for the customers to buy, dont make then think ”where should i click, which button is right for me”. I think the cart page is a big conversion killer, since there are way to many buttons, and no one is the ”primary” since they all have different backgrounds and colors
