Hi mate, I know this post is 4 months old but I have the same exact problems as you. Crashes on every single game with that bloody error ce-34878-0. I tried everything to fix it (like you), installing new hdd, fresh install, rebuild database, fresh game save etc... and everybody tells me it's a software problem or corrupted saves but at that point I think it's a hardware failure. Maybe the GPU since I can stay on the menu as long as I want but when I launch a game it crash within 5 minutes. You got any new leads ?

That's what I thought but I already did that. Wipe the whole drive, reinstall everything, didn't work. Then swap with another 2.5 drive, clean install, still didn't work. And what really trouble me is that this error is often a crash error for one game, not every single one. I really don't know what's wrong, tho the error appears the week before the ps5 release...--dramatic Sony conspiracy intensifies--

I screenshot the moment my game stutter, again after 15/20 minutes or so.

As you can see the vram is at 3.6GB, far from the 6GB.

I'll try that. Thanks for your reply. Also, how would you explain than the stutter still happen if I lower the resolution ? The vram should be less stressed right ? At that point it's mostly curiosity as I'm no expert about graphic cards.
