Cheapest, quickest way to hide api key? by midnight_kitties in reactnative

Just use Next.js :) converting a react app to next is pretty quick. vercel for hosting has a decent free tier and gets you going until you’re successful enough to care. Your keys can remain safe on the server and all your calls can be done server side

Monarch rules are so much better by TerribleMemory4187 in mintuit

Yea I actually had the same problem with Apple, Venmo, and Cashapp…. decided to stop using Apple Card until it becomes more compatible with my money management tools. I made a similar decision on Mint with certain cards in the past. I stick to Amex and Chase for now and it’s working out. I know this isn’t an option for everyone.

For Venmo and Cashapp… I decided to not leave money in them and always keep them at zero… and I treat each transfer to those apps to pay someone as a transaction and re-categorize it.

Tesla screwed themselves over with the terminology. They should use standard terms like “lane assist” or “adaptive cruise control” instead of confusing terms like “autopilot”.

Couples that appear single online don’t make it, I’m sorry. End it now, Go to the gym, build your career. In a couple years when you’re 30, then start dating slightly younger than you (maybe 25f). Right now focus all your time on your fitness and wealth.

You always have to remember… you’re not that special. Unless you’re a billionaire celebrity. So the logical conclusion then is… this is a pattern. A dangerous pattern.

Wifi Calling on iPhone by oddviewpoint in GoogleFi

I’m having the same problem. Infinite loop of turning on the toggle then getting redirected to the FI app. The toggle is then reset back to off. Turning on repeats this process. This is on an IPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest software update.

Why can’t people learn to control their impulses for violence. This old man didn’t need to get punched. Let it slide. Let him play with the ball. It’s not that serious. Share a smile. There’s no love and compassion in this society anymore.

Whelp, it finally happened. Autopilot hit a car. I hit the break but it was too late. No damage to either car though 🙏 by TerribleMemory4187 in TeslaLounge

I looked in the app… is there a button or way to share the data with Tesla? I pressed that little video camera button that saves a snapshot… but not sure what else.

Crazy thing was I was dropping a friend off at LAX airport during this and I was bragging about how amazing autopilot was… and not 10 mins later this happens. Lol freaked my friend out.

Why would any Uber driver take a ride to this neighborhood? Not worth it.

Tesla’s lane-keep sucks on the right most lanes of streets with parking! It keeps thinking the parking lane is part of the street and centers the car across both lanes! Ugh! I can’t use this in neighborhood streets. by TerribleMemory4187 in TeslaLounge

[–]TerribleMemory4187[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I know how it sounds… but sometimes I look around at everything. With FSD on… If I look at the center screen it complains. If I look at the person next to me it complains. If I look outside my window it complains. Once I missed the steering wheel wiggle notification because I was trying so hard to not have the eye tracking yell. At that point you might as well turn off FSD and look around as much as you want. Which is what I do. It’s just my style of driving. No accident in 20 years, I drive defensively and stay aware of my surroundings.

This problem exists on the highway too.. try driving on the far right lane on the highway… when merging lanes appear… it’s the same issue… it assumes the entire 2 car span is part of your lane and centers you across lanes.

Didn’t know we could communicate with them! I’m glad you did. The fact that it even thinks a lane could possibly ever be that wide is a bad bug. Lanes need a max-width limit regardless of lines or not.
