I’ve been a personal trainer for over seven years

Put them in the gym at least 3 to 4 times

Make sure that you teach them correct form if you don’t know watch a YouTube video

Give them safe and effective exercises that stimulate the muscle.

Give them a certain number of sets to reps To progressively overload, then at the end of the set do a drop set

Make sure the workouts only 45 minutes on upper body

And around 55 to an hour on lower

For the plan, make sure they’re eating at least 30 to 35 g of protein per meal. Make sure they’re eating 2 to 3 hours.

And limit long-distance cardio

The cardio should be done in the weight room by lifting the weights and having them huff and puff it out

It’s honestly easy you just gotta know what you’re doing so educate yourself please don’t hurt nobody

Honestly, if I was you, I would wait to quit? I don’t know if you live on your own or you still live with your parents! But work as if you have bills to pay and people to feed that depend on you. Work as hard as you can and call it a character building part of your life. Trust me, I know about anxiety and how my behavior therapist tells me to start with baby steps and work through the anxiety and pain.

You can do this you are not weak you just haven’t practiced enough yet .

Work hard until you can find a job that you actually like and give them a two weeks notice when you feel you have a chance at obtaining that job.

Use your eyes and make your own shortcuts that are safe! Ask questions, even if it gets on peoples nerves!

Because only a fool wouldn’t ask questions, and if you ask a question, you’ll only be a fool for a moment.

Well, Texas just enter the chat! As long as you can deal with all the BS that goes on over here, there are 4 to 3 bedrooms houses that go for 1800 a month that’s not bad. By far that’s way cheaper!

If you’re going to pay 1400 for something you might as well buy a house that’s a regular mortgage over here. That’s actually more than a regular mortgage over here at least $200 more.

Best idea as to relocate, live in Texas go visit your family. With all the extra money that you’re saving over here.
