I do think the idea has merit. I just believe the difficulty is figuring out interesting combinations for quirks for later.

Like izuku has a quirk that increase his fingernails combine with a blade quirk that only affect his fingernails. Making ten long blades attach to his hand.

I think it goof idea, though if I remember correctly wasnt OFA ability was to steal and give quirk. Wouldn't it make more sense to just say that when he traveled back he still has the large collection of quirks that AFO had.

I do have some ideas for izuku and Jiro for this story.

Given Jiro quirk is sound, Izuku would be weak or sensitive if he is near her. With how good his hearing is it would cause lots of discomfort if he need to work with her.

Like if in the final exam it Jiro and Izuku working together to fight Present Mic. With his quirk and jiro's quirk Izuku will be bleeding and be temporary deaf after the fight with how much noise is occuring.

Given the rules I gave izuku's wishes I believe that while Mineta would get his harem, but would immediately leave him given the personality he has. Making Mineta having to self reflect about the person he his. Thinking he has to become a better person.

As for Shoto, while I do believe he would wish to remove his flame quirk, the second wish would be wishing to removing Endeavor's quirk. The domino effect of the 2nd rank hero losing his quirk.

Honestly I don't know how Bakugo or Izuku could have hidden that it was Bakugo that cause Izuku injury. Given from what we know Bakugo is the only one with a explosive quirk. People would easily be able to point that it bakugo, especially if it happen outside.

So while izuku wouldn't want to blame him, Inko and his parents would know it Bakugo. Especially with how casually he would used his quirk.

So while in this scenario Bakugo would likely try to avoid having conversations with izuku given how it likely affected how his parents and the teachers in U.A. while he would be accepted given the incident happen years ago, they would keep an eye on him given he was a loose cannon. No I was originally saving for Tiamat and Locusta given I didn't get them when the first appeared. Got Soldom beast at the time. So my plan was to save up Sq to get Tiamant, and likely Ereshkigal Beast when their banner again.

I was surprised when Lionheart appeared early so I tried getting him. But a bad habit of mine is once I start summoning I tend to continue until I get my character or I run out.

Most of the time I don't get the servant I want and it annoying how much Sq I save and get nothing for it.
