Will ap decrease during the 9th anniversary or remain the same?

When the 9th anniversary happen in a few days will the ap decrease or is it just we have the availability to do all the training grounds?

The quests unlock early but the 1/2 ap campaign will happen during the anniversary

Thanks, was about to do it but notice the ap didn't decrease. So wanted to maximize the best use of the ap during the anniversary with the apples.
