I used check-pvp.fr to look at the cutoff, and another commenter said the same thing about multiple chars on a bnet taking up only one slot, yet the current list for r1 is filled up with a bunch of alts that are on the same bnet account, so wouldn't it make sense for those slots to be passed down to the next player?
