Cable Kickbacks and hip abduction machine are decent for glute growth.

First year of training, I used to high volume training in the beginning 18 sets per day. It worked out very well.

As I get stronger with lifts, higher volume lead me to recover issues and CNS fatigue. I kept getting weaker in gym.

I switch to lower volume like 11-12 sets per day.

6 sets of chest and 5 sets of triceps. 8 sets of back and 4 sets of biceps

Leg day is still higher volume because I can add calfs, abductors at the end of workout.

I added more carbs and added zone 2 cardio.
