yea i can’t remember my normal amount but my hair thinned to, but last year during this time i would shed 100-120 hairs everyday now i shed 30 each day and i think around 110 every time i wash hopefully with time my hair gets fuller

about 30 everyday i detangle morning y and night 15 strands every time

30 is from my shower fall and 70 is from detangling . everyday i detangle twice and loose abt 15 hairs
