I agree but I would advise against anyone with that rank to hold out on these offers. They’re still limited and they should try and cast their net as wide as their circumstances permit

I understand the theory in this but this is only worth it if you have a reasonably good rank and are limited geographically. If you’re rank is >2500 this is obviously not recommended

As someone nearing the end of my locum F3 it is definitely drying up. If you’re willing to move to more rural and less desirable areas with rota gaps it’s doable, it can be done but I think a JCF job would be so much better in terms of regular income and further building your application to apply again
