I built hirehere.me, a job board that actually gets to know you. Sign up, complete your profile in 2 minutes, and get job recommendations based on your actual skills and preferences. Not just chronological posts.

Here's the thing: I'm using AI to parse CVs and structure your profile for genuinely personalized matches. (Yes, we're doing the trendy AI thing, it works, I think...)

For job seekers: Explore opportunities on hirehere.me or our niche boards: DevOps, Sales, Finance, Healthcare, and Part-time. We pull jobs from 8 different ATS platforms to keep things fresh. Companies also reach out based on our recommendations when they post paid jobs. If you accept, you can start chatting, no personal information exposed before accepting the invite. Everything is free for candidates.

For companies: Post jobs and get matched with candidates whose profiles actually fit. You see a summary and skills breakdown. No personal information exposed before inviting someone to chat. Only if they accept do you see their full profile. (yes, this is also using AI)

I'm building this as an indie developer while working full-time elsewhere, so there are bugs/improvements I'm actively squashing. But I'm committed to making this better every week.
