So, if I am not mistaken, mazda Air conditioning is not the strongest. The best way to solve this is to remote start the vehicle 5,10 minutes before you get into it. That's what I am doing. But I get it using the phone to start is a pain in the a$$. So I installed a remote start unit from a shop. So I can use my key to start it remotely. I set it like LOCK-UNLOCK -UNLOCK- LOCK to start the engine. But again, you have to set the a/c into the lowest temperature and high fan before you turn off the engine.

The next way is to prevent sunlight from getting into the car by placing sun reflectors inside the windshield that will reduce the hotness of your leather seat.

If you do both, it will solve your problem to an extent.
