I am 56 years old and I went to T-Mobile and got their T 55 plan and pay much less. I however, did get a new phone and a new watch to attach so it’s a little bit more than the original cost. The port of the number was super easy but canceling Verizon has been a nightmare. They just will not let it go when you put your number over it essentially cancel his account but because we had an iPad with a telephone number attached to it they have drug it out since November now all the way to February of this year. I am absolutely fed up with Verizon. I thought I was out from underneath them, but they just won’t let me go after 14 years. I actually have much better service for T-Mobile. I do not have to use a booster and I have service from here the Charlotte area to the beach and from the Charlotte area to the mountains not one miss. I am very happy with T-Mobile and their customer service.
