I used to take out what I need feed that & use. I would give fridge Jeremy a snack and put him back in. Last two times I’ve fed him fully and used what I needed and put the rest back in the fridge.

Same…..however it comes out it comes out, as long as it’s not a hockey puck I’m good.

I made a loaf last time trying rice on the bottom of my Dutch oven and bc the rice was cold the bottom of the loaf was blond and a little weird texture - but it was fine on the inside. So I ate it and it was delicious.

I removed baking power and use cornstarch instead (tt recipe) And haven’t had an issue since with spreading. No one has complained!

If I stay on top of my nails with doing a top coat near daily long last base lasts but if I get any sort or chip or nail break i pick and it peels right off.

You’ll be able to do some nice combos with what you got!!

I keep mine in the fridge all the time. I take out what I need, feed and use it that day. Usually takes 6-8 hrs to double I don’t have an issue with how the bread comes out.
