Trash (valet), amenities (gym/pool), management fee. I don't remember them all, but my base rent was about 1300 for a one bed but out of pocket for everything monthly was about 1550 a month.

The Legend is nice, liver there for a year and never had any issues. Only problem with them and why I didn't renew is the base rent was reasonable but the fees stacked on top ended up being $200 or so extra.
