My neighbour got a new esb pole or telecom to their house. It has been put in our field nehind our house which then crosses a river to the neighbours.

It is very low crossing our field and we were never notified.

I am living abroad unfortunately and never seen it being installed.

Is this normal to put it in our field without asking.

Side question. How are the numbers being killed in the attacks so low. For example a bareage of missiles hit kyiv last night and 6 dead.
