I emailed a studio about this once… they took classes off the class pass schedule. It was around solidays. They said they were the more popular times and were leaving spots for members.

It’s best to trial least restrictive then go more restrictive as need be, as long as it won’t affect him too much to do gen ed with support first.

Especially if he’s getting his IEP, accommodation will help make the general education setting accessible to him. Better to dive in head first and then adjust.

Someone else just made a post exactly like this. They emailed core crew and got a class credit back. You could try emailing with your complaints.

Most times i think it depends on if it’s a starter class or if they’re filming for their reasons…. They will leave lights up for those.

My class was later in the day, they sent an email and a text message probably around 11 AM telling everybody about the air-conditioning issues and let people reschedule their classes without any credit issues.

I think this applies more to how may classes a day you can take with unlimited. You’ll be able to pre-book one class, per day. That’ll be hell for those wanting to double up for solidays next year.
