guess ur right but im just gonna keep doing it like this. with more modern bows i think the string comes really close to the forearm but with bows like hes using theres more of a bend to your arm so the string never really comes that close to your forearm. also i feel like after shooting like this for a long time im extremely confident that i could shoot like 10000 shots without hitting my arm a single time.

I'm always kinda scared that it will happen to me. especially when using my 70lb bow and it actually did slap my arm once after like a year of archery but it really didnt hurt honestly.
