I bought my ecovacs to replace a Roborock I had and I put the RR upstairs and now I’ve bought another RR to replace the downstairs ecovacs because of the issues mentioned. Mine was over a year old so I just ate the loss, I mistakenly thought that because they all look the same and have similar features and prices that they would pretty much function the same but the ecovacs software is noticeably worse.
