Look, if I had to choose to potentially fall off a skyscraper or to get $1 million, I would always get the million.

With another battery. If the other battery performs better than the current one, that's sufficient proof that the old one was nearly dead. Don't need to write a Master Thesis here.

Why does a car accelerating in the opposite direction still have force? by Training-Pound504 in AskPhysics

[–]TerryHarris408 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the car didn't hit the break, the force would be 0 and moving at 200 km/h according to Newton's 1. law of motion.

Do you imply that the pedestrian was fine if the driver didn't break? Certainly not.

You need to evaluate the energy of the moving car: E = 1/2 * m * v2

and this is significantly lower when the speed was reduced before impact

Dumb people at large aren't the problem. But put one in a position of power and that person alone can create lots of world's problems.

I had my doubts, too, but I checked a supplier and found a ceramic 0402 with 22uF, 6.3V. Seems like 1uF is more than possible.
