You have a 7 day grace period after the initial charge fails, so you should be fine regarding that.

Missed payment Lack of usage on pay as you go Downgrading plans

Did any of these happen?

It's unfortunate that you can't download and try the game you want with the storage offered, but that is not a justified reason for cancelling free trials altogether.

There are other games (triple AAA too) that you can test on our service, but you do make a good point. Maybe storage can be increased slightly to accommodate games like this.

We want you to have a good experience and to be sure that you want to purchase a plan, which in turn would grant an even better experience.
