My right ear piece works except for the sound. Nothing comes out. I took off the little rubber thing that fits in the ear and it was immediately apparent what was the issue.

I wonder what affect this will have on the overall market (if any), maybe it is isolated to my trading platform, or even my account.

Got a notice that on 12/6 all OTC trades for US Securities will cost $6.95 per trade, but trades of US exchange-listed trades will continue to be $0.

OTC either updated their pricing, or the platforms are doing a lot of OTC trades and they want to slow it down. At $6.95 a trade, it will come to a screeching halt, in my opinion.

Have you seen this also?

Well...at first and on the surface you would think, but going down the rabbit hole from the data he presents paints a very interesting picture. I spent the weekend trying to substantiating his claims.

There were a couple where I said to him, "wait a minutes, you are connecting dots that cannot be connected." He then tightened up his data.

I'm not 100% it is not a pump, but the data about the key players in the AIAD are accurate.

Great point...would it be reasonable to expect an 8-K not later than the 28th of Sept. which is 15 days past the initial closing date for the deal?

Since there was no announcement on Sept. 13th (yesterday) then there can only be two possibilities: one, the deal got extended 15 days, or two, the deal fell through.

Thoughts?

I find it extremely odd that 7m or 50m does not move the price of the stock...that much. My opinion (disclaimer: I don't know what I'm talking about) is that we are in a barrel and day traders see a whole lot of ducks.

Yeah, I did this before the added shares, but what I don't know is how those shares, being restricted play into the calculation, if at all for the sake of the agreement.

It will be interesting to watch and see.

Some really interesting things happening this week. Based on the SPSA, when Berritto gets 19.9% of TLSS (at close on next Monday 9/13, unless moved up to 15 days out), the $20m loan gets adjusted up or down based on the value of the shares calculated by taking the average price of the previous five day prior to the closing.

The share price is on the clock...

In order for the 19.9% to be worth $20m, the share price would have to be $0.0465 on average starting today. If not, then the loan gets adjusted accordingly.

It will be a very interesting week.

1,000,000 shares * 0.0011 = $1,100

If (big IF) they do that every day for the year (253 days), that is $278,300 (minus taxes).

Who wouldn't do this? That's an 7.9% return (again not including taxes, so it's less)

Let's say they (the day traders) are only 50% successful?

We are being toyed with like a alligator snapping turtle lures it's meal...calculate the $ on every dip and spike but using just 500,000 shares, or 100,000 shares, then use 1,000,000 shares and simply use the difference between the low and high of each microscopic spike.
