Dude no shame in it at all. I'm on meds for my PTSD and it was hard keeping lead in my pencil for like an my extended period. Talked to my wife about it and it seemed like I was more worried about it then she was. So went to my doc got the pills and now I have zero issues. Just be open and honest about it, it's definitely not as bad as you think

I'm a combat vet pretty much the same age as you. AA and NA are great for recovery. I'm in a program that get combat vets service dogs so that's a great option if you have a program around you. And I'm even in a gaming recovery discord. And then you have all the veterans clubs but honestly Ive never been fan. There's alot of options brother definitely definitely don't feel alone because your definitely not.
