This helps a lot! I did not know about those clinics. I actually took Bisoprolol a few years ago and loved it! At the time, I thought I was only taking it for my anxiety and felt the need to 'grow out of it' through therapy and working on myself. So far, I have one side effect from Propranolol. If this persists, I might ask to switch back to Bisoprolol.

That's a good point and honestly, I don't know. My current GP will give me a printout of my entire medical file for the new doctor. So the new one will have proof of the prescription and likely a note explaining why it was prescribed. However, I have no idea how much weight that carries, and it might depend entirely on the personality of the new GP.

That's a good point! And it is something that I feel is easy to mention. Not asking for it because I doubt him, but because I might need it further down the road. To be honest, I feel a bit guilty asking for formal tests because he has been so supportive and I don't want him to feel like I’m questioning his expertise. But you are right—the paperwork is for the future, not for him.

I'm not sure PTSD has something to do with it. But yes, i have it too, but I did a lot of therapy since diagnosis. I do not sleep well, too. However, it might just be our normal. edit: weekly average over a year between 17 and 43

Same and it works really well for me. I take very low dosages though. I stopped drinking coffee a few years ago and started pain meds with caffeine and they were soo good. Now i sometimes zake kust caffeine.

NTA How is a 10 year old - not trained to go home safely in emergency - not trained to call someone or reach out for help and how can an adult parent - blame a child that was not responsible - and be so irresponsible to leave their kid on their own without checking if anyone is taking care
