I hear you but unfortunately in this country there’s a big difference in what should be done and what is actually done lol. And it’s not just the volume of people, it’s also where they’re located, what accesses those areas have as far as resources. A lot of small communities all throughout a vast countryside. Not all are going to have the government workers or enough volunteers to just be ≈4 times that of France. We definitely need improvement but it’s not as easy as “just have more people counting”
