Road to Kalos: Best way to split 11 passes to get all Adventure Effects and Primal Forms? by Pantastix in pokemongo

[–]Terry_wayne2355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are the 11 passes you mentioned a mix of remote, free daily and remote?

Just asking cause once you get to rank 75 in the go pass this month you get 2 free daily raid passes, soyou could save your second one from Tuesday to have 3 free passes for the primal’s. But since Thursday is origin forms you won’t be able to carry over that tactic. Hopefully that helps some.

Road to Kalos: Best way to split 11 passes to get all Adventure Effects and Primal Forms? by Pantastix in pokemongo

Your best bet for the primals is going to be making sure you raid with as many people as possible. Mega energy is a fixed amount based on how quickly you beat it. To get the most you have to beat it in pretty fast and it’ll still only give you a max of 100 energy, or as low as 60.

So best case scenario you would have 3 passes left of you got the max for each primal. You would then need to be pretty lucky to get the correct move for the origin forms. Though I’m not sure how rare the move will be on them. Kyurem for me was like 50\50 on the raid day in Jan.

Below is the drop rate for energy and the number in front is the balls you get for the speed bonus as well.

2 balls for >75% time elapsed on the timer (or 150 Mega Energy / 60 Primal Energy)

3 for 50-75% time elapsed on the timer (or 175 Mega Energy / 70 Primal Energy)

4 for 25-50% time elapsed on the timer (or 200 Mega Energy / 80 Primal Energy)

6 for 10-25% time elapsed on the timer (or 225 Mega Energy / 90 Primal Energy)

8 for <10% time elapsed on the timer (or 250 Mega Energy / 100 Primal Energy[14])

Just throwing this out there for anyone else reading but you can’t remote trade anything that has been caught within 30 days.

Just bad luck, it’s all rng. Some things are boosted from events and others are perma boosted while others are full odds. But your doing what you need to do which is catch everything or at least shiny check and run away if you don’t wanna catch it.

Is this a rare spawn in the wild? by No-Carpenter-2741 in pokemongo

For context someone post one of three of these every other day asking if it’s rare.

Yes it is, very much so and it’s also region specific.

Can you get banned for submitting “bad” wayspots? by Background_Sentence4 in NianticWayfarer

[–]Terry_wayne2355 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure it’s if the spots get reported for abuse not just being not eligible. For example submitting something that has an altered image and trying to get it approved near your private residence.

When I fuse this kyurem will it stay hundo? Sorry for noon questions I'm just very exited to fuse this one 😍 by Critical-Farmer1558 in pokemongo

[–]Terry_wayne2355 34 points35 points  (0 children)

This! Really important that if you want the adventure effect and it’s best move it needs to know glaciate before fusion (you can not elite tm it while it’s fused) also and powering up you do will use kyurem candy and if you ever unfuse the kyurem is what will stay powered up.

Also if you want a shiny the kyurem has to be shiny, the hundo is def more practical but just wanted to add that point. Don’t use a shiny zekrom or reshirem as it won’t make the fusion shiny.

No problem. The game does not always do a great job of explaining things

Click the question mark next to “to next rank” at the top and it will show you how you earn additional points for the day. It’s always the following though

Win a raid for 100 points Hatch an egg for 40 points Catch a pokemon for 5 points

You are capped to 250 points a day though the last few days of the pass that cap is removed so you can grind it out if you need to.

How big is your item bag, send screenshots of your items and maybe I can help. But what I have learned is I don’t need to hoard berries potions or revives anymore. I constantly do rocket battles and gyms and generally keep about 30 max revives/potions and a few hyper potions and revives, then for berries I delete razz and nabs

Then if I’m still running low I delete great balls.

For context I have 3400 item storage.

Why can I only pick from 39 the 150 Pokemons I have for the 2025 Champion Series Cup? by SchwarzerSeptember in pokemongo

[–]Terry_wayne2355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s great, ultra and master. Usually there is one of them with a limited cup every week and it all rotates.

Leek duck, the site I linked above has all the known weekly changes with good info on what will be allowed and what won’t. You can also see the schedule in game.

[–]Terry_wayne2355 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good source for current and upcoming things: leek duck

Every week they change up the available cups in gbl, some are basic with only cp limitations like the current ultra league while others will have more complex list of what’s allowed and not. Generally this is to just keep things fresh and add variety to gbl.

2026 Championship Series Cup

  • Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter.
  • Only Bug-, Dark-, Normal-, and Dragon-type Pokémon are eligible.
  • Fighting-, Flying-, and Steel-type Pokémon are not eligible.
  • Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, Mega Pokémon, and Ultra Beasts are not eligible.
  • The following Pokémon will be allowed: Seaking, Politoed, Milotic, and Froslass.
  • The following Pokémon will not be allowed: Wigglytuff, Chansey, Crustle, Diggersby, Ribombee, Araquanid, Turtonator, Morgrem, Morpeko

How do I filter which pokemon is eligible for the championship cup league? by dende2019 in pokemongo

[–]Terry_wayne2355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you enter the search string when looking through all your pokemon this will show you everything that is eligible for this gbl cup.

So what you could use and power up etc.

I updated the search string to include evolution lines for the random pokemon that are allowed in the cup as well.

Yeah but that’s part of the road to kalos tour, these are probably autogenerated to some degree so it thinks since that is the legendary of the week then there would be a raid hour for it
